Absolute Tattoo opened in September, 2009. The shop and both Jacob and Victoria are state licensed. Jacob has been a tattoo artist for 9 years now and Victoria has been piercing for 7 years. Absolute Tattoo is state licensed, and has yearly inspections. It is a very clean and fun environment. The shop is cell phone and children friendly. Stop in anytime to check us out.
